Joyce L. Damon, 85, of Colonial Park, born December 30, 1932, went to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, while being surrounded by her loving family, November 2, 2018.
Joyce was the daughter of Leonne M. Arnold and Walter Hess, who had went on to be with Our Lord and Savior before her.  Joyce was the loving wife of  Wilfred "Bill" Damon. Bill had also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her Daughter, Holly Rollins and son-in-law Dj Rollins, both of Hummelstown; her Son, Mark Damon, of Colonial Park; Granddaughters, Cindy Laird and fiancé Jason Greene of New Castle, Kristine Crouse and husband Paul Crouse of Mount Wolf and Mark Thorton and wife Erin Thorton of Raynham, Massachusetts.
Joyce has 5 great grandchildren, Jordan Wheatley of Brunswick, GA, Kailyn Aughenbaugh and Adam Aughenbaugh of York, PA  and  Ryley Greene and Jaycee Greene of New Castle, PA.
Joyce was a graduate of Mount Union High School. Joyce was a Bell telephone operator for many years and enjoyed fixing and selling of antiques. She loved the ocean and all animals, but especially her family.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 8, 2018, 11 a.m., at Zimmerman-Auer Funeral Home, Inc, 4100 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg, PA  17109. Viewing 10 - 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment immediately following the service at Shoops Garden of Rest located at 4450 Locust Lane, Harrisburg, PA  17109.

I, and my wife Sharon, are deeply sorry for your loss. We have many, many warm and loving memories of our shared family experiences with Dad, Joyce, Holly, Mark and "the kids", from our past years, especially the Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers.
We will pray for the entire family during this time of grieving.
